Holly Forester does not accept returns of jewellery unless a piece is damaged/broken during transit or faulty.
If an item is faulty/damaged please email at info@hollyforester.com with a clear description of what has happened and we will take all steps to remedy the situation and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
If the item cannot be replaced or the damage rectified then the customer will be refunded the price of sale minus the postage and packaging.
All items are clearly listed with size, descriptions where possible and photographs so a refund will not be issued purely for a change of mind.
